The Social Development Committee of Haifa (SDC) is an unaffiliated, non-profit, non-governmental organization of the Haifa Arab community, working from grassroots to empower its local community and increase community participation in Haifa's society. The SDC also aims to address discriminatory policy that limits the full development of Haifa's Arab population and prevents them from achieving equality with their Jewish neighbors.
